          September 4 at

Inc. now named as D'Andrea Buick Inc. (“Napleton / D'Andrea”)
          several
          salesmen showed me a

          1999
          Ford Taurus
          and claimed,
“This car is still under warranty. There is only 24,000 miles. It is
in excellent condition, absolute safe. No accident. Engine,
transmission and everything are in excellent shape, very
          dependable.” I
asked them to do mechanical check on the car. Sometime later, they
told me that the car was ready to go.
And they added, “Mechanical check is done. It is a good car,
          safety is guaranteed.”
On September 8 the engine of the
car stalled when I drove the car for the first time on the highway. I
noticed Napleton /D'Andrea  immediately, asking it to tow back the car, and
expecting to get my money back  Sending a fax to Napleton / D'Andrea
          on
September 9   I repeated the request, and  confirmed in
writing that I wanted the money back and asking Napleton / D'Andrea
          to cover
related expenses. For more than one month there is no response from
          Napleton / D'Andrea.
