On September 4 at Napleton Buick Inc., now named as D'Andrea Buick Inc., (“Napleton / D'Andrea") the dealer claimed the 1999 Ford Taurus was under one-hundred-percent warranty, full warranty. But he deliberately did not give me the warranty paper along with other documents.

After I found out the warranty paper was not incorporated in the purchase documents, I called Napleton / D'Andrea immediately. Napleton sent me a fax, completely change the content of the warranty  afterwards.

For more than two months Napleton / D'Andrea failed to send me the original warranty paper.
